Sue Fritz has worked in sales training and marketing for more than 20 years, managing teams and product lines. She’s passionate about ensuring her people are taken care of while achieving her stretch goals.

Recently, she has made a pivot into the world of human resources, ensuring the synergy between candidate and client. And this is where her talk begins…being resilient and finding peace in your career journey.

Sue worked for Notions Marketing for more than 11 years. Since leaving that organization, she has had a lot of big ups and bigger downs while trying to find an organization where she is valued and can use her vast experience to make an impact. Sue also believes, especially after speaking with others in similar situations, our tolerance for incongruencies causes us to change as we further our career.

So where does that leave us? Well…we must step up and reflect deep inside ourselves to understand how to move forward once we have hit a roadblock. Sometimes we redirect, we pivot and then may pivot again. Our careers are not a straight dragway to the finish line but may be a winding path to the destination. Sue will share what she has learned along the way.
