Lydia is an entrepreneur, speaker, consultant, and author. She works with companies and organizations to develop inclusive brands and marketing strategies. Lydia is the founder and owner of Blended Collective, a multicultural marketing and brand consultancy. Her work has been recognized with several diversity and marketing-centered awards. Her first book “Brand Love – Building Strong Consumer Brand Connections” is now available for pre-order and will be published in July 2023.

Lydia will facilitate a candid, real, transparent discussion about how your personal brand means nothing without consistency. Why? Because a successful brand has everything to do with repetition and consistency. When your audience builds a perception of who you are based on how you decide to show up both online and offline, they become aware of your actions. Over time, these actions can build trust and if done right, an emotional connection that encourages people to stay close to you and everything you have to offer.

As a pastoral, and executive coach, Sandy has facilitated leadership, human resources, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategic initiatives for multinational companies for years. She proudly serves as a Board Member for Leadership Oakland.
