As a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), Sandy works with organizations across the globe to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy to create engaging and productive workplace cultures. As a pastoral, and executive coach, Sandy has facilitated leadership, human resources, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategic initiatives for multinational companies for years.
