Speaker: Kim Beynon
Kim is a CEO, Board Director and executive coach known for helping the world’s top financial services organizations handle high-stakes situations to maintain their credibility and reputation. Kim served in leadership positions at Deloitte, Macquarie, AIG, GE Capital and Bridgewater. She serves on Audit, Risk, Strategy, and Nominations committees. She is a qualified financial expert (QFE).
Kim is a licensed CPA; an International Board Director Competency Designation holder; a graduate of the Women’s Director Development Program at Kellogg; and completing her Qualified Risk Director Certification with DCRO Risk Governance Institute. Kim is currently the Board Chairman of PMI NYC; Emeritus Board Member of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business Alumni Board having served six years on the Alumni Board; and past Board Advisor to Youth About Business. Sandy Harvey is the President and Founder of Exodus Consulting Group, LLC, a transformational people and process firm. She is a highly skilled strategist with over 25 years of human resources, organizational development, leadership, and diversity and inclusion experience. As a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), Sandy works with organizations across the globe to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy to create engaging and productive workplace cultures. As a pastoral, and executive coach, Sandy has facilitated leadership, human resources, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategic initiatives for multinational companies for years. She proudly serves as a Board Member for Leadership Oakland.
Nakia Bright is a certified HR professional at Ensemble Health Partners with eleven years of experience in human resources particularly in the area of recruiting and on-boarding as well as all aspects of employee benefits.
