Please join us January 11 for the 2^nd part of our Mental Health in the Workplace discussion.

This will be an open forum with an opportunity to ask questions of trusted professionals from West Michigan.

Topics include:

• How do I interact with and support someone struggling with mental health?
• What are some tips for building relationships in a male dominated industry?
• How can I ask for help without feeling unworthy or inadequate?
• What are ways to manage stress and emotions in the workplace?
• How can I help change stereotypes of women in this industry?

Hannah Reed graduated from Western Michigan University with her Master’s in social work; in addition to her LMSW, she is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and has spent close to three years working as a therapist with teenagers who struggle with addiction and substance abuse for Wedgwood Christian Services. In this work, she runs a group therapy program for teens, works with families and provides family counseling opportunities, and provides individual therapy to teenagers as well. Prior to this work, she worked with children aged 2-6 on the autism spectrum, or who were demonstrating developmental delays or other significant behavioral concerns.
