Have you ever considered writing a book? In this session, Beki describes her motivation, her writing process, and the publishing of her first book: C.O.A.C.H. Y.O.U. The Introverted Skeptic's Guide to Leadership. Beki pulls back the curtain on crafting and delivering her message and the power of the C.O.A.C.H. Y.O.U. model.

Beki Bio: Beki brings over 25 years of experience advising and coaching business leaders. She supports leaders growing into the next level of leadership by bringing a pragmatic and supportive perspective to her coaching, consulting, and speaking engagements. Prior to becoming a business and leadership coach, Beki spent 15+ years in progressive human resources roles leading and influencing across functions and international borders. Beki continues to use those skills as she coaches leaders to drive courageously for results, strategically influence stakeholders, and regularly adapt to ever-changing environments.
