Join us for this Virtual Lab where you will learn about an approach called Wholistic Leadership (the “how”). This concept provides insight into addressing systemic organizational change through the component that holds all the cards: the employees. Wholistic Leadership addresses change adoption by engaging the employee as a whole (their professional and personal aspects). This approach can be used by leaders with small teams (as their leadership framework) or incorporated into the stakeholder engagement phase of a larger change management initiative.


In this lab, you will:

• -Learn what "wholistic" leadership looks like and how it interplays with systemic organizational change
• -Gain an understanding why leading your employees "wholistically" is important and the impacts to the organization's engagement and retention strategy
• -Develop a 30-day action plan to active practice "wholistic" leadership
