Description
Navigating Influence & Negotiations
There’s a delicate art to successful negotiations, which is rooted in one’s ability to apply emotional intelligence, leverage bargaining power, and engage in risk-taking. No matter what stage you are in your own career, you can cultivate your ability to influence others to support and cooperate with you, your ideas, and your success, as long as you’re willing to develop self-awareness and face potential social costs of power.
Join Joscelyn A. Davis, President and CEO of JADE Strategies, as she shares tips to maximize your negotiation skills and increase your leadership competency.
Joscelyn A. Davis is an award-winning leadership coach, organization strategist, and founder of Mentoring Leadersâ„ , a leadership development program designed for existing and emerging leaders in pursuit of professional and personal excellence.
