Have you thought about what your career path should look like? Do you want to be more intentional about your professional advancement?

Join us for a workshop where you'll be led through the process of creating an individual development plan. You will leave with the tools you need to define your career objectives, develop an action plan and implement the next steps.

Mita Fitzjohn, Certified Professional Coach

Mita understands the meaning of a career transformation journey, as she underwent her own journey in identifying her calling to become a career and leadership coach. 

As a Certified Professional Coach, she earned her coaching certificate through the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly Coaches Training Institute). She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School in Lake Forest, IL. 

Mita has been coaching clients formally and informally for 20 years, with over 25 years of experience in sales, written and verbal communications, consulting, business ownership, sales leadership, project management, talent development, instructional design, training, and organizational effectiveness. 

Being able to empathize, relate to and connect with others brings her great joy and reward, and making a strong, positive impact on her clients is critical to her work. She loves to learn, read, cook and spend time with her amazing friends.

Most importantly, she has the privilege and honor of being a wife to her loving husband, Jon, and a proud mom to her two beautiful, talented and kind, teenage kids, Averie and Evan. And of course, she is a doting dog mom to their goofy labradoodle, Wolfgang.
