Natural Wiring Doesn't Change - Behavior Does
Personality and behavior can evolve with experience, but many of us carry the same fears, desires and thought processes through our adult lives. These basic and unchanging characteristics can be traced back to our natural wiring. And they have a keen impact on how we communicate and collaborate with others.
This workshop will include a personal assessment for each participant and will reveal how your natural wiring fits the position you hold and what that means for job success and job satisfaction.
Key Take-Aways
Participants will leave with an understanding of how to better:
- Accept new ideas from their team members.
- Understand the ways they and others experience pressure, and how to manage that experience.
- Discern how team members make decisions, and how that process may differ from their own.
- Gain a sense of the different ways in which team members deal with risk.
