Join us for our next Mosaic Affinity Group session on Thursday, June 16th at 8am.
We are excited to invite you to our next Mosaic discussion, You Belong at The Table. As some of us deal with confidence, self-worth, and serious imposter syndrome, we will reflect on our value and acknowledge our experience and success head on. This will be an engaging and interactive session intended to be insightful and inspirational and to discover that maybe imposter syndrome is not a bad thing!
If you have ever struggled with getting to the table, speaking up at the table, fear of being out of place, or even giving your seat away when you have a place at the table – this is the discussion for you. Now is the time to celebrate your achievements and all the work and time you have invested into your success. Don’t count yourself out!

Mosaic Co-Leaders: Alba Contreras Rodriguez and Sandy Harvey
Alba Contreras Rodriguez is the President and Founder of FonS (Focus on Solution), LLC. Alba specializes in Executive, Leadership, and Team Coaching across multiple industries She helps leaders and teams change behavior and develop capabilities to maximize their impact and value. Alba is specifically focused on working with clients co-create a roadmap to achieve their highest potential. She is a recognized strategic Global and Operations and Management Executive with proven history in building high-performance teams and leading sophisticated manufacturing and service organizations.
Sandy Harvey is the President and Founder of Exodus Consulting Group, LLC, a transformational people and process firm. She is a highly skilled strategist with over 25 years of human resources, organizational development, leadership, and diversity and inclusion experience. As a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), Sandy works with organizations across the globe to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy to create engaging and productive workplace cultures. As a pastoral, and executive coach, Sandy has facilitated leadership, human resources, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategic initiatives for multinational companies for years. She proudly serves as a Board Member for Leadership Oakland.
Members of Inforum, Michigan’s largest professional organization for women, invite women who are interested in professional networking and personal support to gather and be empowered virtually from 8am–9am on the third Thursday. This affinity group will engage virtually monthly and will connect in person 2-3 times a year.
The Mosaic Difference
The purpose of this affinity group is to leverage and strengthen the Inforum network by bringing together all hues of Women of Color, advocates, and allies to engage in courageous conversations that inspire personal and professional excellence and success. We encourage authentic relationships and desire to create a space for collaboration to accelerate strategic connections and professional and business growth for Women of Color. We don’t want time and proximity to be an issue; hence why a virtual meeting is an opportunity to engage Inforum members on the westside of Michigan, as well as the SE Michigan region.
