Join us for Inforum’s HealthcareNEXT statewide event where a panel will discuss innovations and trends impacting the healthcare of tomorrow. We know that access to care is a priority for healthcare organizations and is fueling innovation in healthcare delivery. The panel will discuss how they are thinking about innovation in care delivery, what they have learned in the process, and what that means for careers and people working in healthcare.

 

Speakers:

Lorissa MacAllister, Enviah

Lorissa MacAllister PhD, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, EDAC, is a researcher and architect who transforms organizations to achieve optimal performance and overall success. Using her healthcare expertise, she creates organizational strategies centered around visualizing the future and aligning operations and the built environment. As the Founder and President of Enviah, a strategic consulting firm, she and the Enviah team create fully integrated environments with the organizations’ people, technology, and systems. Using an evidence-based model, Enviah ensures industry-leading outcomes by improving experiences, saving money, and increasing operational efficiencies.

Denise Brooks Williams, Henry Ford Health

Denise is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and a passion for work focused on equity and eliminating health disparities. As Senior Vice President and CEO of Henry Ford Health’s North Market, she is responsible for driving revenue, growth, and overall market performance by partnering with both hospital executives, as well as other clinical and non-clinical leaders, to identify opportunities for service expansion and consumer experience improvements across sites. Prior to her current role she served as President and CEO of Henry Ford Wyandotte. Under her leadership, it received numerous quality and patient satisfaction awards, such as Healthgrade’s “America’s 100 Best Hospital” three years in a row, U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Regional Hospital” and the Press Ganey “Guardian of Excellence Award.

 

Monica Taylor, Michigan Medicine

Monica is Chief Operating Officer, Medical Group for University of Michigan Health- West. Accomplished in providing regional access to high-quality medical care through strategic vision and an emphasis on operational excellence, Taylor oversees operations of all University of Michigan Health-West primary care and specialty outpatient clinics. Track record includes launch and oversight of six regional care centers with multiple service lines on behalf of Ascension Medical Group in the Indianapolis market. Experienced in staff leadership, organizational strategy, program improvement and network integration. Led growth, cost-containment, service standards and employee development for the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Nevada, with 16 primary care centers, seven
for women, infants and children and two mobile units, for dental and mammography services.

Keyantee Davis, Trinity Health
Keyantee' Davis serves as Regional Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Trinity Health Michigan. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for more than 19,000 colleagues across eight hospitals. As a recognized leader in the areas of Human Resource Strategy, Labor Relations and Colleague Safety she's collaborated with leadership executives across government, higher education, and the healthcare industry. Throughout her career she's focused on building a high performing, high accountability leadership culture in human resources operations. She has been recognized by Crain's Notable Excellence in HR for employee experience. Davis is currently serving as a board member for Kid's Kicking Cancer and Federation of Youth Services. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and holds professional certifications from both HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Professionals). Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Administration in Michigan from Walsh.
