Clawanna Etherly, VP Black Employee Network, Amazon
Clawanna is currently vice president of Black Employee Network for Amazon. Previously at Amazon she held roles such as sales team leader and senior business development manager. Clawanna has been working in the technology industry for the last fifteen years at a variety of different companies in the Southeast Michigan and Texas. Rhonda Laurencelle, Founder, Pure Leadership
Rhonda Laurencelle is the founder of Pure Leadership Consulting, LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the development of leadership skills in executives around the world. With over 25 years of experience, her background includes a unique combination of internal industry, executive coaching and consulting with global firms, clinical practice as a psychologist and entrepreneurial ownership. Rhonda has worked with thousands of leaders from both publicly-traded and privately-held companies across a multitude of business sectors. Her specific areas of expertise center on executive coaching, strategic talent initiatives including succession planning and team development, and executive assessment. Rhonda guides clients in assessing and developing executive leadership performance and potential within their organizations. Her style has been characterized as “down-to-earth”, “intensely business focused” and “practical”. Her combined background in business and psychology positions her in the sweet spot to provide valuable insight and feedback.
Juan Rodriguez, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, Comerica Bank
Juan is responsible for Comerica Bank’s enterprise-wide information and cyber security program, overseeing the bank’s security-related policies, strategy, architecture, defense, operations, and awareness. Juan has over 20 years in the financial services industry, complemented by previous experience in healthcare, insurance, and government both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Comerica as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Juan served as CISO at various global financial organizations. His career has focused on strategic risk management frameworks, including risk rating methodologies, threat assessments, regulatory engagements, and management governance and reporting. Juan holds a M.S and B.A. in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University.

Nicole Scheffler
Nicole Scheffler has been a Tech Diva for almost 20 years professionally, working as an engineer and engineering leader. By day, she works in Cyber Security as a Solutions Director at Palo Alto Networks. At night, she is dedicated to spark success for women in technology careers with the Tech Diva Success Collection. She started her career in programming at a startup. She also spent about 15 years of her career at Cisco Systems in engineering and Strategy and Planning. Nicole is the author of three Best Selling books, hostess of Two Clarion Award winning podcasts, and spends time serving in the community both speaking and helping advise in board roles.
