Where Have All the Workers Gone?
Strategies for Workplace Recovery, Recruitment, and Redesign
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to see the ripple effects of a worldwide catastrophe that impacted all industries. As we continue to navigate a recovery, staff morale has reached an all-time low. This has led to burn out, anger, and mass exodus. What can we do to address the dwindling retention rate? How can we recruit the best new talent when it seems everyone is hiring? How can we consider generational differences in our tactics?
Join us for a discussion from a variety of industries about what strategies are working – and what’s not – for retaining and recruiting staff, addressing low morale, and navigating the many changes COVID-19 has imposed on today’s workforce. Whether you are a hiring manager, a co-worker, or considering a career change, we’ll share insights from top leaders on successful strategies in today’s job market.
