Empathy is one of the most important traits a leader can possess as it relates to people skills. Yet, some leaders are hesitant to demonstrate empathy for fear of treating people unequally or going against company policy.

In today's work environment where policies can make or break a company's reputation, how can leaders and HR maintain a proper balance? In this session, you can learn strategies to treat individuals with empathy and learn not to give into the "what about"-isms that can pop up that leaders have to address. Questions like:
