No matter how you feel about change you can’t avoid it, but what if there was a way to embrace it and engage it our own way. Enter strengths, knowing our strengths helps us engage our days intentionally rather than sub-consciously. The more time we spend engaging our strengths the better we feel about our personal and professional lives. Understanding our own strengths as well as our teammates provides us the opportunity to approach change in a wholistic and intentional way.
