Description
We are excited to share with you a virtual event on Wednesday, November 2nd at 8am. We will be hearing from Winston Benedict about Considerations and Tradeoffs Living Your Professional Principles.
Winston follows the principles of servant leadership, continuous growth, and empowering people. He believes that technology needs to be fully integrated with leadership, strategy, and execution for the business to succeed.
While there are lots of reference materials that refer to these principles and how they can enrich your personal and professional growth, little is said about how living these principles may challenge career stability. In this talk, Winston shares his experiences with living these principles, the hard conversations required, the scary choice one may face, and some key (at least for Winston) enablers that helped him through these events. From this talk, he hopes to convey to others the realities (and rewards) of leading a purpose-driven career and that they are not alone in facing difficult choices and to help connect people to find the support to succeed.
