Join Cynthia VanRenterghem as she shares her non-profit leadership experience of leading through transition and instability, creating sustainable impact and preparing for the next generation of leadership.

Cynthia has been Executive Director of Growing Hope for four years. She came into the position in a time of major transition and instability for the then 15 year old organization. After focusing on leading the organization through a more sustainable path with strong financials, more impactful programming, and transparent internal processes, Cynthia is now assisting the organization transition to a new Executive Director that will lead Growing Hope through their next community-focused strategic plan. She is looking forward to her next opportunity and the chance to have an even greater impact in the nonprofit world.
