Description: Nowadays, in the world of business, there are no borders. Most organizations collaborate with teams across cultures on a regular basis. Successful leaders know that our globalized and virtual world requires the awareness of other cultures in order to collaborate better with each other, and an understanding of how to manage business and professional relationships in a global context. Developing Cultural awareness is fundamental to enhance their effectiveness, develop communication skills, and better engagement across borders. It gives an understanding of some main cultural differences, understanding of cultural barriers to business and preparing their resources to the corresponding challenges and new practical ways for being a successful global leader.
