Join as Dr. Mary Welsh discusses how you are the author of your day. You have the capacity to make it positive or put it to bed and start fresh in the morning of a new day. Learn how to use the Four Aspects of Positive Reflection to address life’s challenges and situations of grief whether a person, place, thing, pet, or other becomes a life trigger. By using positive reflection, you can adapt, heal, and find your purpose, your new chapter written daily by you. Throughout your struggles, remember tomorrow is another day. A day that can start fresh and have different impacts than the previous day. You got this!

Dr Mary Welsh, is an author, speaker, grief session facilitator, non-profit leader, consultant, and university professor. Her journey following her daughter Susie’s death enabled her to share her story of hope, healing, applying positive reflection to learn to flip her perspective not making life better but potentially easier. She took her outlook, her passion, and created a purpose to advocate for physical, emotional, social, and mental health and well-being of others especially children through her nonprofit Susie Q’s Kids distributing comfort bags to brighten and inspire the lives of kids in need in hospitals, shelters, foster care, schools, autism centers, and grief centers.

Troy Affinity Group Meeting

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
