Amy Forehand founded The Forehand Company with a goal to Grow Employeeship^TM - employee responsibility, loyalty, and initiative. Amy’s consulting and coaching approach is supported by 20 years of experience guiding organizational change and strengthening talent outcomes. She focuses on creating stronger partnerships between employees and their leaders and is guided by knowing employees and companies thrive when the right conditions are created. Her diverse background in engineering, operations, and human resources blend to uniquely support leaders as they create great cultures on purpose! Amy also serves on the Chelsea Education Foundation Board where she enables conditions for teachers and students to thrive through education grants and scholarships.

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
