While growing in your career, having conversations with leaders about raises, workload, co-workers, and more can be tough and awkward. Join the hour long discussion with other young professionals on how to best approach these conversations and gain confidence in these situations.

Young Professionals Network Affinity Group

The Young Professionals Network Affinity Group is built on three pillars, diversity/inclusion, professional development and social engagement. As a community of young professionals, we welcome recent graduates, and those looking to further establish direction within their careers. The YPN group meets monthly and hosts additional social meetups focused on supporting the West Michigan community. We aim to give members the tools they need to build their professional networks at the beginning of their careers while fostering confidence.
