Mary Jo is a Clinical Psychologist, who has spent most of her career helping organizations and leaders. After working in a hospital as staff Psychologist, and managing an outpatient clinical practice, she realized the value of Employee Assistance Programs. It was there that she honed her skills of leader development and consulting. She took this experience and went into the world of Career Transition Services. Having spent 13 years in this world, Mary Jo helped hundreds of people understand the importance of personal branding. Today Mary Jo continues to provide consulting to leaders and individuals hoping to achieve over-all well being. Mary Jo is currently Director of Business Development at Ulliance. For nearly 30 years, Ulliance has offered a comprehensive suite of services that keep your employees emotionally and physically fit.
