Dr. Carladenise Edwards, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for Henry Ford Health System will lead a virtual discussion that includes techniques to stay refreshed, including self-exploration of what motivates and inspires you and your team, and how to set and exercise boundaries with confidence.

Carladenise provides executive counsel and leadership for the system’s strategic planning efforts and partnership ventures, business development and transformation initiatives, and government affairs. She also leads Henry Ford Innovations, the health system’s multi-disciplinary team responsible for product design and commercialization, technology transfer, licensing agreements and international programs. Carladenise is an accomplished healthcare executive with nearly three decades of healthcare, nonprofit and government experience. Prior to Henry Ford, she was executive vice president and chief strategy officer for Providence St. Joseph Health, a $24 billion Catholic health system headquartered in Renton, WA, comprising 51 hospitals and 800+ clinics across seven states. Mary Boyd
Vice President Customer Experience, AvaSure

Mary Boyd serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at AvaSure, a provider of audiovisual monitoring telehealth solutions, which is currently live in 800 hospitals across 48 states and in Canada.  In this position, Mary leads the vigorous implementation and clinical services to work through the process of creating, installing, and educating client organizations to make for a successful virtual monitoring program and to provide a safer environment for patients, families, and caregivers. AvaSure recently announced a financial partnership with Goldman Sachs and Heritage Group as the company continues to expand and promote patient safety across health systems nationwide. Prior to joining AvaSure, Mary served at Trinity Health, Livonia, Michigan. She upheld various executive roles in hospitals, medical groups and clinically integrated networks supporting the Michigan region, in addition to national roles across Trinity Health.
