Description

Bridging the Gap Between Intent and Impact

Good intentions are important, but impact matters. When there is a gap between someone's intentions and impact, we often attribute that to a character flaw or a lack of motivation. But those are most often not the cause. Research tells us that there are 6 spheres of influence that help change and/or impact someone’s behavior.

In this Virtual Lab you will learn about each sphere of influence and its unique importance, how to identify the sphere you might be hung up on, and how to leverage each one to bridge the gap and have a healthier and more productive workplace.

In this lab, you will learn:
  • - The 6 spheres of influence
  • - How to identify which sphere you use most, and which you use least
  • - How to bridge the distance between your intentions, and your impact

Thank you to our facilitator:
