At a time when most companies are taking steps to address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion internally, this Virtual Workshop is for professionals seeking to learn more.
The workshop enhances participants’ understanding of the difference between equity and diversity, and demonstrates the characteristics of an equitable workplace. Additionally, this session outlines the business case for diversity, and its value as a tool for change.
This 2.5 hour interactive workshop focuses on the importance of equity as the foundation for DE&I initiatives.
This Virtual Workshop tackles the following:
- How equality is not equity
- When diversity isn't enough
- What covering is, and how it affects you and your employees
- The "micros" and their damaging effects
