Allyship - The Key to Unlocking the Power of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Join us for the upcoming TechnologyNEXT virtual event where we be led in a workshop all around allyship. Kimberly Houston will be leading this interactive workshop where the audience will discover how allyship is a dynamic and connected idea of strategic, relational and personal behaviors and mindsets needed to amplify change. Participants will also gain clarity about how allyship looks and why it’s challenging to be an effective ally as well as be inspired by your personal strengths to create actions toward becoming a more effective ally for women. This workshop is a vital element to women’s growth and when done well is most visible through constructive action and cultural transformation.
