Tamica L. Fox- Senior Human Resources Business Partner – ADAC Automotive
Experienced Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of demonstrated history working within the automotive industry. Experienced in HRIS Implementation, Employee Engagement, Talent Attraction (Recruitment), Retention, Training and Development, Internal and External Customer Service, Management, Continuous Improvement and Leadership.
As an ADAC Automotive HR Business partner, Tamica is responsible for overseeing daily Human Resources functions that range from employee relations for both hourly and salary associates as well as oversight of staffing, turnover and strategic goal plans and training and development.
Tamica is a graduate of Baker College of Muskegon – Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources – Minor Psychology.

Christine Kathryn - Operations Manager & Integrator – CUP Health
Christine Kathryn’s current role with CUP-Health is Operations Manager and Integrator. Her diverse and unique background has helped her to nurture strong relational skills through human resources and corporate training; business, life and relationship coaching; mindfulness and resiliency practices; and spiritual mentoring and Christine describes herself as having “a lifetime of experience in the business of people”. Her mission to bring Workplace Wellbeing services to manufacturing, education and healthcare industries in Michigan and and beyond, allows her to combine the superpowers of bringing “order to disorder” and “calm to chaos” with the art of helping, healing and healthy communication. When not on Zoom calls or other remote-working shenanigans, she enjoys all her beautiful home-state of Colorado offers amidst the mountains and red rock high-desert climates.
Lisa Purcell – Operations Manager – PADNOS
Currently the Operations Manager for PADNOS’ Plastics and Paper Recycling Division and formerly Director of Manufacturing for a Tier 1 automotive supplier, Lisa Purcell comes to the conversation of Workplace Mental Health from a unique perspective. While she started her career in the medical field of mental health, upon completing her Masters level Industrial Organizational Psychology coursework at Western Michigan University, she has spent the remainder of her career leading teams to excellence while simultaneously studying the transitional steps and behaviors that hinder or promote high performance.
