Through this interactive workshop you will know how to eliminate negative emotions and behaviors to create the ultimate future for you. One that is filled with health, happiness, love and success. Grace is a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Transformational Coach, Motivational Speaker and Author who loves helping people heal from the inside out. After 8 years of working in a busy Physical Therapy department at Beaumont Hospital as a Physical Therapist, she became a mom and stayed at home to raise her children. Life looked good from the outside but on the inside she had struggled with bouts of depression and had a distorted view of her body and didn't have a healthy relationship with food.

Her journey evolved over the last 13 years or so as her love for nutrition and becoming a yoga teacher has led her on a journey of self-discovery figuring out how to create a life she loves that included mental and physical health along with a career that she was passionate about. She found out that nourishing her body properly, doing overall self care and mindset techniques she could create the life that she LOVES.

Now she has become a Certified Coach to help others do the same.

She understands firsthand what it's like to not be happy or comfortable in her own body. She knows how it feels to not be confident and have self worth along with not feeling free to live her truth.

She believes she is here to help guide people to live their BEST LIFE EVER!
