Removing Barriers to Leading with Your Best Self

When we stop chasing the idea that we should be someone other than who we are… When we stop telling ourselves, “If only I was this or that then I could….” That’s when we are able to lead with our best self. And, when we step out freely and lead with our best authentic self, we can achieve what we want faster and have more fun in the process.

This month, we will discuss tips to identify and lift the conscious and unconscious barriers holding us back with or speaker and FAB Five affinity group co-leader, Andrea Wright.

Andrea has had the opportunity to experience many facets of business, giving her a unique vantage point and proven solutions to corporate issues. She has over 25 years’ experience in facilitation and change management, training and training development, leadership coaching, and process development. To Andrea, regardless of the type of organization she is working with, people and leadership are key to success. How they communicate, how they interact as a team, how they address and solve problems together are all critical to achieving their desired outcomes. She facilitates this understanding by guiding the organization in enhancing communication, establishing processes and protocols, and providing the training and coaching often needed to effectively operationalize those processes and assure their long-term success.

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women.

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. at Walsh College.  Doors open at 7:45 a.m.
