Graciela has been with Amway for 6 years, before that spending 14 years with Procter & Gamble. Graciela is responsible for managing a global supply chain that oversees manufacturing and distributing nutrition, beauty, personal care and home products which are sold in 100 countries. Her team optimizes supply chain design and performance through collaboration with material suppliers and manufacturing operations. In addition to Supply Chain Planning, Graciela has also held key positions in Manufacturing Operations Leadership and Project Management.
Jennifer Johnson
CEO and President, Kendrick Plastics
Jennifer’s passion and energy leads Kendrick as a premier full-service supplier. She has over 20 years of industry experience starting in design engineering and product launch through finance, strategy and general management. Prior to joining Kendrick, Jennifer spent her career with companies like Johnson Controls, Intertec Systems and Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Kristy Loomis is an HR Executive with over 12 years’ experience mostly working in Healthcare Manufacturing and Healthcare Services. She holds a Masters in HR and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. Her areas of expertise include Organizational Effectiveness, HR Technology, and Mergers and Acquisitions. She has led companies through successful integrations with focus on thoughtful people communications and integration strategies in over 75 acquisitions.
