Maria Sylvester, MSW, CPC is a certified Life Coach in Ann Arbor, MI who loves empowering adolescents, adults, & couples to live from the HEART of what really matters to them so that they can bring fully-expressed, vibrant selves into the world. Prior to developing her coaching practice, & founding Ann Arbor’s Life Empowerment Coaching & Healing Art Center, Maria worked for 25 years as a private practice therapist

Maria also dedicates part of her mission to helping women in midlife reclaim their divine power, & embrace their radiant, sensual, sexy spirit & energy. Her Midlife Magnificence Programs have empowered many women into more juicy, rich, dynamic lives.

When she is not busy helping people transform their lives, Maria can be found taking long walks in nature, Kirtan chanting, creating art, doing spontaneous yoga stretches & enjoying cozy nights at home with her husband & daughter. Tango lessons are next on her list.
