Automation Transformation
Firms continue to focus on ways to be more efficient, digital and responsive to consumer demands. Customers continue to expect flexibility, choice and a consistent experience. Achieving business objectives, while responding to customers’ needs, is becoming increasingly more important and causing organizations to begin an “automation transformation.” When determining an automation path, it’s critical to consider many variables (e.g. risks, appropriate technology, change readiness, etc.)
Join us for Inforum's fourth virtual TechnologyNEXT event where you will hear how others have made the decision to automate and leverage technology to improve business results. This event will be a virtual panel discussion around Automation Change Management and Process with technologists (Panelists) from different industries sharing knowledge and detailing their journeys.
