Financial considerations during transition with Brian Reife Peters
Brian leads the development of our employee rewards consulting practice as well as our Financial Wellness program for retirement plan sponsors. Previously, he was an actuarial & benefits consultant for both Watson Wyatt (Willis Towers Watson) and Fidelity Investments. Most recently he led the benefits and compensation departments of Amway prior to joining the Calder team.
Brian graduated from St Olaf College majoring in Mathematics and Economics while minoring in Statistics and Finance. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in the retirement track and also an Enrolled Actuary (EA).
Brian and his wife, Sarah, have five six children and live in the Cascade/Ada area. In his free time he enjoys…wait, he has six kids…he ain’t got no free time! Let’s just say he spends a lot of time playing with his kids and seeking intentional moments of joy with them. He currently serves at the New Canaan Society of Grand Rapids and within children’s and men’s ministry of Ada Bible Church
Women on the Move is a new affinity group focused on supporting women both emotionally and socially as they experience career change. This is for women who desire to make a move and for women who find themselves in transition.
The group will meet with the intent to provide tools and resources needed to conduct the most effective job search possible. This will be done through collaboration using the wisdom of the women in the group and supplementing with outside speakers.
