Networking How and Why with Sheri Welsh

Women on the Move is a new affinity group focused on supporting women both emotionally and socially as they experience career change. This is for women who desire to make a move and for women who find themselves in transition.

The group will meet with the intent to provide tools and resources needed to conduct the most effective job search possible. This will be done through collaboration using the wisdom of the women in the group and supplementing with outside speakers.

Sheri Welsh is the President & CEO of Welsh & Associates, a full-service executive search and talent acquisition firm in Kalamazoo.  Sheri holds a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS).   She serves on the board of directors for the Small Business Association of Michigan, Kalamazoo Communities in Schools and KC Ready 4s and is a lifelong networker!
