Dawn Poteau is the founder of Talent Activators, where she focuses on helping organizations, leaders and teams manage successful transitions. She has 20+ years of experience in Talent Management and Leadership Development for global organizations such as FCA Group, Cooper Standard Automotive, Omni Hotels, RWD Technologies, Carlson Companies and working for the owner of 5-Hour Energy. Dawn received her CPC from iPEC in 2015 and received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP), Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and CQ® Certified by the Cultural Intelligence Center.
Women on the Move is a new affinity group focused on supporting women both emotionally and socially as they experience career change. This is for women who desire to make a move and for women who find themselves in transition.
The group will meet with the intent to provide tools and resources needed to conduct the most effective job search possible. This will be done through collaboration using the wisdom of the women in the group and supplementing with outside speakers.
