Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: These words now seem to be a constant in our daily lives. But how can we as Lady Bosses make a lasting impact and create a more diverse, fair, and inclusive world—both professionally and personally?

Let’s start by working together with Michelle Cantor, A Certified Diversity Executive®.  Through a series of interactive, fun, and eye-opening activities, we will learn and discuss what we can do individually and collectively to foster more diversity and inclusivity in our world.

For more than 20 years, Michelle Tenner Cantor has been a driver of thought leadership and strategic direction relative to organizational and talent development. She initiated her consulting career at Accenture and worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as ComEd, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.A., Ford Motor Company, and Dow Chemical Co.

As Founder and President of Volar Consulting, LLC in metropolitan Detroit, Michelle integrates strategic planning, leadership coaching, and organizational culture development to enable clients to achieve and sustain DEI excellence

The purpose of the Lady Bosses is to provide educational programming (speakers, workshops), support, inspiration, accountability to and from other Inforum business owners or prospective owners. While much of the Inforum membership is in the corporate world, Lady Bosses Affinity Group is designed to meet the unique needs of business owners. It can also become a catalyst to encourage women to start or purchase their own businesses. The group also can provide and gain synergy from Inforum’s inGAGE strategy. In 2017 just 17 percent of companies had a female founder, a number that hasn’t changed in five years, according to Crunchbase.

First Wednesday of the month, 10:30 a.m. – noon
