This 2.5 hour interactive workshop focuses on the importance of equity as the foundation for DE&I initiatives. 

This Virtual Workshop will:

     - Enhance your understanding of the difference between equity & diversity 

     - Demonstrate the characteristics of an equitable workplace 

     - Outline the business case for diversity, and its value as a tool to accomplish change
