Jennifer Charters, Chief Information Officer, Flagstar Bank

Jennifer Charters is EVP and CIO of Flagstar Bank responsible for leading the IT organization and technology strategy for the bank.  She was previously the CIO of Corporate Technology at Ally Financial, where she was responsible for technology across Ally's enterprise functions.  Prior to Ally, she spent 12 years in consulting at Accenture, where she led strategic projects in support of Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications and financial services industries.  Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.  She is an avid triathlete, executive board member for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology, and advisory board member for the Detroit FinTech Bay.
