Overview: Have you been thinking about what is next for you and how you leverage your experience and dreams to create the next amazing opportunity for yourself? Join us for a virtual hands-on workshop to create an equation that makes you unique to translate into the next chapter in your book of life.

You will receive a handout prior to the session that will drive the conversation. You do not need to complete it in advance, but if you have the opportunity to print it out before the meeting and have available during the Zoom call or a notebook that would be helpful.
 
Dawn Poteau is the founder of Talent Activators, where she focuses on helping organizations, leaders and teams manage successful transitions.  She has 20+ years of experience in Talent Management and Leadership Development for global organizations in hospitality, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries.  Her education includes a B.S. in Human Resources specializing in Training and Development from Oakland University and a M.S. in Strategic Leadership from New England College. Dawn’s certifications include Associated Certified Coach (ICF), SHRM-SCP, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and is CQ® Certified by the Cultural Intelligence Center.  She lives in Oxford, MI with her husband of 21 years and also loves to travel with her camera.  Her dream job would be to become a National Geographic Photographer.  Connect with Dawn at dawn@talentactivators.com.

Women on the Move is a new affinity group focused on supporting women both emotionally and socially as they experience career change. This is for women who desire to make a move and for women who find themselves in transition.

The group will meet with the intent to provide tools and resources needed to conduct the most effective job search possible. This will be done through collaboration using the wisdom of the women in the group and supplementing with outside speakers.
