Dr. Lesley Jackson will share how to move out of overwhelm and uncertainty into a holistic engagement of self-care which includes mental, physical and spiritual tools designed to help navigate these challenging times to an empowered “next normal”.

BIO:

Dr. Lesley Jackson helps people navigate complex struggles and master challenging circumstances towards clarity, health and well-being. As we grapple with Covid-19 and other issues of our time, her focus is on supporting individuals in managing change, uncertainty and moving to an empowered “next normal”. As a self-care expert, she engages a holistic framework that helps individuals to successfully transform a focus on the fears encountered in daily life to the deployment of one’s full capacity to heal, grow and transcend life issues.

Dr. Jackson not only holds degrees in psychology, education, and transformative studies, she has worked as a business and leadership consultant, leader of a spiritual organization, and teaches students at the doctoral level. Her years of experience coaching, counseling, teaching, and consulting have served to hone her expertise in helping others to navigate change with great care and success.

The purpose of the Lady Bosses is to provide educational programming (speakers, workshops), support, inspiration, accountability to and from other Inforum business owners or prospective owners. While much of the Inforum membership is in the corporate world, Lady Bosses Affinity Group is designed to meet the unique needs of business owners. It can also become a catalyst to encourage women to start or purchase their own businesses. The group also can provide and gain synergy from Inforum’s inGAGE strategy. In 2017 just 17 percent of companies had a female founder, a number that hasn’t changed in five years, according to Crunchbase.
