This interactive leadership development program for high-potential women at the start of their career (no more than 2 years in) sets the stage for success in an ever-changing and intergenerational workplace.

Navigating the challenges of a full-time, professional position takes more than knowledge and experience. Launching a career means observing, interpreting, and understanding the nuances of being in the workforce and the feelings that accompany the experience. About Inforum Leadership Programs 

Inforum programs serve a broad range of professional women at different stages and types of careers – from emerging and rising corporate leaders to entrepreneurs, veterans, nonprofit professionals and corporate board leaders.
