However, you must take a pause for the cause to review where you are, what you've done (or not done), where you're headed and what you need... and then revise as needed. No matter how experienced you are at your craft, it is a good idea to freshen up on the basics of managing your business.   Start your business and year off on solid ground with a fitness check-up.

BYOB co-chair Courtnai Calloway-McCurdy will host our January 2021 group conversation of questions related to your business operations for a "Foundation Service Check".  Courtnai is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who has worked with her spouse for more than 2 decades.

Here are your discussion questions to ponder:

1) What systems do you have in place to effectively and efficiently run your business?  Are they:

a)  the best available to you   b)  the only thing you could find   c) what you can afford right now

2)  What processes do you employ to support your systems?  How is it working for you?

3) What resources, tools and tips have you found to be useful and would recommend to others?

4)  Can your current business infrastructure/set-up support unexpected growth?

5)  Do you have a recovery plan should you experience a decrease in business?

Come join a group of new and experienced businesswomen to discuss navigating the challenges of business ownership and origination. We will offer support by sharing experiences and resources with each other. Additionally, we will feature quarterly speakers who are experts in their fields to educate you along your entrepreneurial journey. This group meets the first Thursday of every month.
