Confidence & Communication

Communicating with Confidence is an important life skill. Whether you are a manager, an entrepreneur, a team leader or a leader in your community, you need to be able to get your message across clearly, assertively and with impact. Being able to communicate with confidence enables you to stand up for yourself and your values, and persuade others to support your initiatives. In this interactive Virtual Lab, you will learn skills to bolster your confidence, allowing you to have a greater impact in your communication.

• The difference between confidence and self-esteem.
• How to identify ways you sabotage your confidence, and how to overcome them.
• How to apply different communication strategies in different contexts.
