How to Shift to a Transformative Mindset
George Bernard Shaw said, "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." How do you go about the work to become the person that you want to be? Mindset is a big part of the work. Recognizing your current mindset is a very important first step. Mindset is not fixed, yet we know that throughout our days, weeks and years we move around on the spectrum from a failure mindset to transformative. This session will look at why mindset matters, how you can become more aware of your mindset and how you can work to identify and foster a transformative mindset in yourself and others. To allow for growth within the session, there will be time for self-reflection, small group breakouts and a large group question and answer session.
