Beki Fraser is a coach, an experienced facilitator, and passionate speaker. She has earned the Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation and initially trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Beki also holds an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management. Prior to becoming a business and leadership coach, Beki spent more than 15 years in progressive HR roles leading and influencing across functions and international borders. Her experience ranges across industries, including pharmaceutical, insurance and software development.
