Come join the conversation as Sandra brings awareness to how you can harness your personal brand. Personal branding is the practice of marketing people and their careers as brands. It is an ongoing process of developing and maintaining a reputation and impression of an individual, group, or organization. 

About our speaker: Sandra has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, spanning across multiple disciplines – including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Strategic Mfg Planning, Product Development and Program Management. She has held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility within five vehicle manufacturing plants. Sandra also has extensive international experience working with various joint-venture operations in Asia, ASEAN, Australia, Europe, Middle East and Africa, including multi-year international assignments based out of Germany and China.
Currently, Sandra holds the position of Global Manufacturing Chief Engineer for Corvette and Compact Crossovers programs. She is the first African-American female Manufacturing Chief Engineer at General Motors. In this capacity, she leads several manufacturing engineering teams across the world who are responsible for integrating and driving world-class manufacturing capabilities for multiple product programs allocated across 10 manufacturing sites throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, China and Korea. She oversees multi-year manufacturing program budgets which total in excess of $500 Million USD and support approx. 1.3 Million units of annual production volume in the largest sales segment in the US.
