CREW West Michigan & Inforum Event
Join us for a joint event between CREW West Michigan and Inforum that will feature Lorissa Keller-MacAlister, founder of Enviah; and Mike Novakoski, partner at Become Unmistakable. They will share how design and construction impacts the culture of an organization, which increases engagement, productivity, and profitability. This is also a great opportunity to check out Warner’s new office space in downtown Grand Rapids.
Speakers
Lorissa Keller-Macallister is the founder of Enviah, an evidence-based consulting firm.They create healthcare environments where people thrive, and helps healthcare providers more effectively accomplish their mission. Lorissa and Enviah work to integrate people, technology, systems, and space, ensuring that healthcare environments are driven by health and care. Her research includes the exploration of patient room and unit physical layouts and their impact to patient self-reported outcomes at Emory University Hospital.
Mike Novakoski is a partner at Become Unmistakable. Become Unmistakable is a training and consulting organization dedicated to transforming companies from the black and white world of business into a colorful world of employee-centric disciplines and right-brained leadership. Mike thoroughly enjoys sharing the unique approach to the company’s success and enjoys helping other companies to achieve their full potential. He is a lifelong learner, and has attended numerous leadership programs and most recently became a Harvard Business School graduate/alumni having completed its 3 year OPM program.
