No matter what stage you are in, Dawn Poteau will share with you some tips and suggestions to help make the journey a little bit easier based on her experiences and in helping other leaders navigate transitions.  Before, during and after a career transition.

 
Dawn Poteau is the founder of Talent Activators, where she focuses on helping organizations, leaders and teams manage successful transitions.  She has 20+ years of experience in Talent Management and Leadership Development for global organizations in hospitality, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries.  Her education includes a B.S. in Human Resources specializing in Training and Development from Oakland University and a M.S. in Strategic Leadership from New England College. Dawn’s certifications include Associated Certified Coach (ICF), SHRM-SCP, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and is CQ® Certified by the Cultural Intelligence Center.  She lives in Oxford, MI with her husband of 21 years and also loves to travel with her camera.  Her dream job would be to become a National Geographic Photographer.  Connect with Dawn at dawn@talentactivators.com.
