Description

Make Fear Your Frenemy: Thriving in Times of Transition.

FEAR. That single, four-letter word can immediately cause a sinking feeling in our stomach. It may be a sense of pending doom or a sneaky, subtle belief that we don’t realize is holding us back. We try to push it aside and power through, only to have it rear its ugly head and halt our progress.

In this session, we’ll discover how to turn fear into a frenemy and use it to propel ourselves forward during times of transition.

About our speaker

Nancy Maurer is the founder of Sonder Haven LLC – a leadership and personal coaching practice that help individuals, teams and organizations figure out “what’s next?” Nancy discovered firsthand how to thrive during times of transition – having navigated multiple career and life pivots which included two position eliminations and a family death that prompted a relocation during a recession.  Most recently, she boldly left a role she loved as the Executive Director of a leadership development nonprofit, Leadership Oakland, to fulfill her dream of entrepreneurship.

You can contact Nancy at 248-464-3486, www.sonderhavenconsulting.com, or connect with her on LInkedIn.
